Central Park Family Session
OCTOBER 31, 2020 | GAPSTOW BRIDGE, CENTRAL PARK, NYC
J & L contacted me looking for a family portrait photographer, but really ended up getting a proposal photographer when they asked to recreate the moment they got engaged on the Gapstow Bridge. What an amazing thing to be able to go back to the day he put a ring on it, but 15 years later with 5 kiddos in tow. Plus I just love this area of Central Park. The juxtaposition of skyscrapers with a beautiful bridge and the fall colors can’t be beat.
And these guys were troopers. A family of five kids they were willing to walk around, wait around and follow all my silly directions. Though, I need to work on the Dad jokes as many of them fell flat. We’ll need to get J to work on his Dad jokes as well, since the entire family could agree that he didn’t have any!
